- ’Public institution’ environment, when public tender and contractual constraints are the norms, with specific level of services (SLA) is required.
- High expectations and requirements in terms of product quality and client support.
- High level of constraints (data processing, privacy…) when sensitive data are handled in order to deliver the services.
- Continuous and close collaboration has enabled us to deliver the expected operational excellence, without interruption during all these years.
- Collaboration with a TIER 1 public institution has allowed to continuously improve our solution and related services to fit legal (GDPR,…) constraints.
Smart Certificate is an innovative service, particularly useful for our highly international student body, who can now share their digital academic credentials online. It facilitates their relationship with recruiters, which is in line with our core educational mission. It is also a secure way to make our brand even more visible globally. Last but not least, the tool is really easy to set up.
